Spironolact 25mg

I started on spironolact 25mg tab mylan 6 months ago now I have a breast lump. can it be related? round white pill with M then a 145 etched in the pill. The M is above the 145. The pill is about as big as the end of a womens pinky

Spironolactone 25 mg actually has the imprint M over 146. I am guessing that you might have meant that, as the number on the pill might be easy to confuse. If you want to verify with a picture from the manufacturer, see:
