After my open heart surgery CABGX4 for 3 valve disease on 30.7.15, nearly after 2 months of surgery suddenly started giddiness for which i consult the neurologist and he prescribe betavert od 24 which i took for 2 weeks, but giddiness is continuing. Now he has prescribed spin free tablet for 2 months and this is available in india. dr. told us that the equivalent tablet is available in uae. Plz help

For the past three days I have been taking spin-free tablets at bedtime only. When I am getting up or while lying down I've been getting giddiness and the whole room feels like it's rotating for me. What is the reason for this? Is it due to the drug or something else?
