Spilled Acetone On My Xanax
UpdatedI have spilled acetone on a prescription of xanax. Can I still consume them? What has it done to the xanax?

No, you should not take it. The ingestion of Acetone could cause fatal toxicity, according to FDA reports.
The best thing to do would be to see your doctor and tell them what happened, so the can suggest a solution, if one is possible.
In the future, it would best to store your medications in a safe location, where they will not be exposed to such substances, such as a high shelf, or cabinet.
How are you doing? Has there been any change?
