take one tablet every day. [Rx. No. is 661372] may cause discoloration of the urine or feces. drink plenty of water. take medication on an empty stomach or 1 hour before or 2-3 hours ater a meal.

If you don't mind me asking are you currently pregnant?
I know Spectravite could be taken either during pregnancy or for nutritional deficiency.
If your doctor prescribed it to you then there is probably a good reason since it seems more potent than a multivitamin such as Centrum which you can get at the grocery store.
