Spariva capsules accidentally took by mouth instead of inhaling apparatus. Problem or not?

From the information I've read, it is said to not be harmful, but it will pass through unused, so it basically wastes the dose.

However, it would be best to inform your doctor to be sure.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dry mouth, funny taste, dizziness and cough.

Is there anything else I can help with?
