Please I've been looki 4 this pill called carife abdomen capsule thy it can be found in Chinese pharmacies bt nothing till now. I'm based in Pretoria please help any1 who knows.

I think it's called carafate, I was on that many years ago for my stomach. It worked, but it was very expensive then.
