I have a 10 day prescription and I have taken my 4th pill. The sores are just on the inside of my bottom lip as far as I can tell. They seem to be getting bigger (sorer) and increasing in size daily.

Hello, Jan! How are you doing? Has there been any change?
The FDA does list such sores as being a possible side effect of this medication, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
However, if they continue to worsen, you should inform your doctor and have it checked out, this might not be the right antibiotic for you to take.
