Hi Donna,

Esbelcaps is a type of antidepressant and weight loss drug sold in Mexico. but it's illegal to sell in the United States due to its ingredients. Unfortunately, Esbelcaps is available on many Internet websites that do not list the harmful side effects associated with the medication.

Terfamex contains the active ingredient Phentermine. Which is a fairly common prescription appetite suppressant drug here in the U.S.; it too has a number of undesirable side effects associated with its use, but it has not been banned (at least yet).
