i have severe dry cough and treated it with so many way but it become worst than expected. What could be possible solution?

This medication contains the active ingredient Carbocisteine, and it is most commonly used to treat a productive cough. The NIH warns that it may cause nausea, dizziness, and headache.

Thus, it is not commonly used to treat a dry cough. Are either of you on any other medications?
