I have a skin rash with tiny bumps coming from the hair I wanted to know when it would start clearing up started the mess on Tuesday

If the antibiotic is working, you shouldn't see any worsening of your condition after taking it for a full 24 hours and then improvement should be seen after taking it for a full 3 days.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
