I can't find an image to be completely certain, but I believe what you've found is just an Aspirin tablet that contains 325mgs.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
Does anyone else have any ideas on what this tablet might contain?
