Actually, you were looking at it upside down, the imprint is A-009 15. This tablet is manufactured by Otsuka American and they list it as being a 15mg Abilify tablet.

The FDA classifies this medication as an atypical antipsychotic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes.
