Small Yellow Oval Pill Used To Stay Awake

My friend gave me this pill to stay awake and now my stomach really really hurts ..plus on top of everything I might be pregnant

I'm sorry, but without knowing what markings were on it, if any, we can really only make guesses as to what was in that pill. In the future, don't take anything, if you don't know what it is and it hasn't been prescribed for you by your doctor.

If your stomach hurts, my best guess is that it was some type of stimulant, as they do have a tendency to cause excess acid and stomach pain.

As to the pregnancy, have you had a test done, yet?
