Small White Round Pill With 44 462 Imprinted On It

I was informed that they are perc 30's. Can someone please help me identify these?

No, this isn't a prescription medication of any type and you can be sure of that any time you see a pill with 44 on it followed by 3 additional numbers, they are all over the counter products.

This one, in particular, is listed by the FDA as containing 4mgs of Chlorpheniramine and 10mgs of Phenylephrine, it's used to treat cold symptoms.

Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, insomnia and nervousness.
