I have a pill with the letter m on one side and the # 18 what and I'm taking and for what???

Hi Sonny,

I found a small white round pill with a capital "M" over the number "18" on one side; and blank on the back (aside from a dividing score line where you can split the pill in two). Is your tablet scored as well?

The pill I'm describing is identified as Metoprolol tartrate 25mg [made by Mylan], used for treating high blood pressure.
