Small White Round Pill Zs157

These ZS157 pills were in my bottle of lorazepam. The size is nearly the same as the lorazepam, but not quite. That's how I noticed. I also discovered a lot of ZS157s. I have not yet identified these. I also take pindolol, which are also small round and white pills, confusion reigns. I finally dumped out the lorazepam bottle and looked at every pill under my sewing magnifying glass. Can you tell me what the ZS157s are? These pills were mixed in with lorazepam, and heaven only knows how many of them I've taken in good faith. What should I do about this?

Is the marking SZ 197?

If so, they are also Lorazepam, they are manufactured by Sandoz Inc., and they list them as being 0.5mg tablets. NDC: 00781-5371

Occasionally, if they run short of the product from one manufacturer, a pharmacy will fill the rest of a prescription with product from a different company. It is completely normal, and nothing to worry about, though most pharmacies do try to let you know if you may not recognize some of the tablets in your new prescription.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood changes, and sedation.

It's inactive ingredients may include:

lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polacrilin potassium

Is there anything else I can help with?
