This tablet is manufactured by Harris Pharmaceutical and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergic reactions, as well as for its sedative like effects.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, sedation, and dry mouth.
