Small White Round Pill 10 On One Side And A Line Down The Middle On Other Side

I found this pill in my truck and have had trouble figuring out what the hell it is. Its a small, white, and round pill; on one side it has the number ten on it and nothing else, then the other side has a line down the middle, nothing else. If anyone one knows please reply.

There are several possibilities, actually. Can you provide any other information on it, such is the 10 print on the tablet or pressed into the tablet?

Does the pill have round or flat edges? Is the 0 squared or rounded?

Hi Verwon!

I appreciate you trying to help! The number ten is pressed into the pill. Nothing surrounding it. The pill is round and the zero is round not squared. And the line through the middle on the other side is not pressed as well, not printed.
