ITS A SMALL WHITE PILL WITH ULTRA ON ONE SIDE AND JUST A LINE THREW THE PILL ON THE OTHER SIDE

I haven't been able to find a listing for any tablets with just ULTRA on them in the prescription drug databases that I searched.

This makes me suspect that it's probably something that's available over the counter, I know GNC makes several nutritional supplements that are sold under the Ultra name, so it may be one of those, but I can't be sure.

It is diclofenac. I bought them from a pharmacy in Mexico.
