The only tablet with this marking that I can find listed is one that has the M and 77 on one side and the opposite side is blank. It is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Amitriptyline, which is an antidepressant.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
Does this match the description of the pill in question?
