This pill is a small white pill with west ward and the numbers 473 it is commonly referred to as methadone. This pill is methadone 10 mgs.

Based on my research, this pill is actually NOT methadone at all.

A white round pill imprinted with "West-ward 473" on one side and a score line on the back, is identified as Prednisone (10mg).

For verification, this pill is manufactured by West-ward pharmaceuticals and the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 00143-1473

Prednisone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It works to treat patients with low levels of corticosteroids by replacing steroids that are normally produced naturally by the body. It works to treat a wide variety of other conditions as well by reducing swelling and redness and by changing the way the immune system works.
