white solid pill, same diameter as the oxycontin 10mg, but thicker. Was in a bottle of oxy 10mg.
the oxy had oc on one side and 10 on other. This thicker one had op on one side and 10 on the other.

This is an Oxycontin tablet, it's the new Oxycontin OP 10mgs and still contains Oxycodone. This new product has been specially formulated to help prevent abuse and is replacing the original.
I would assume your pharmacy ran out of the original tablets to complete the prescription fill and had to add in one of the new ones.
Side effects are the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
