A tablet with the Z 66 marking is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Atenolol, which is a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
