Small White Oval Pill With A Triangle Image On One End And An M On The Other (Top voted first)

The pill is white, about 1/2x1/4 and scored in the middle. The triangle image is a very small with an L shaped outline on two sides of the triangle. The flip-side of the pill has no markings except the score down the middle.

Have a pill small white oblong pill with a small triangle that has a dot in the middle of it and a and M on the right side it is scored in the front and back and the back of the pill is plain

Regarding the original post with the logo and M, if I am understanding the description correctly, I believe the pill in question was a 25mg Metoprolol ER tablet.

Metoprolol is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to help treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.

However, I haven't been able to find anything for the one with the logo and the M3.

Does anyone else recognize it?
