This tablet contains 4mgs of Ondansetron (NDC 67877-0169 ).

White, oval tablet, ON 4

Inactive Ingredients:

- Lactose Monohydrate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Croscarmellose Sodium
- Starch, Corn
- Magnesium Stearate
- Hypromellose
- Triacetin

This sounds like generic zofran 4 mgs. - used for nausea post surgery or during Chemo. Ondansetron or something close to that is the generic name. This one is made by amerigen.
