Is the marking possibly L 612? Can you please double check?

If so, the tablet is manufactured by Perrigo and they list it as containing 10mgs of Loratadine, which is an over the counter antihistamine that's used to treat or prevent allergies.

Its typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
