What shape is the tablet?

And are you saying that the M is in a box? Or the 30?

If the M is in a box and it's actually a very pale blue, then it's a 30mg Oxycodone tablet in the regular release formulation.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
