If that is the correct marking, then it seems that this is a 30mg time released Morphine tablet called MS Contin, from which someone has soaked or sucked off the outer coating to possibly try to get the medication to release faster. The outer coating on it should be purple.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
