Being that this pill has no markings, I'm wondering how you're so sure that it is a type of pain pill? In situations like this, I believe the only verifiable way to know what you have for certain, is to have its contents analyzed by a lab.
However, I did have a couple questions about the pill that may help point our search efforts in a more precise direction:
- You had mentioned that it was "a little long". Does this mean that it's oblong/rectangular shaped or oval?
- Is the score line vertical "|" or horizontal "---"?
- Where was the pill found / how was it obtained?
