In other related discussion threads, I've heard of similar small round yellow tablets with a 5 on one side and scored on the other to be some type of foreign 5mg Valium from the Philippines. However the size of the "5" is also reported to be very small on these particular tablets. Is this the case with your pill as well?
At any rate, depending on where or who you got your pill from, my suggestion would be to bring it to your local pharmacy or doctor for a second/third opinion. If they don't recognize it as medical professionals, I'd be led to assume that it really is foreign or counterfeit; and definitely not worth the risk of taking.
Has anyone else here come across something like this?
