I'm not sure, but I think this might be one of the over the counter Vivarin products. They typically contain about 200mgs of Caffeine and are used as alertness aids. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness and insomnia.
Can anyone verify this?
