From what I can find in the prescription drug databases, these are listed as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, it is the low dose that's used by many people for blood thinning and heart health.

The FDA lists the possible side effects as including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
