Small Round Yellow Pill With L535 On One Side

What is a small yellow round pill
with--"L535"--printed in black on one side the other side is blank, I think it's 81mg Adprin but I'm not exactly sure??

You are correct, this tablet is manufactured by Perrigo and they list it as containing 81mgs of Aspirin.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
