Found a small round white pill with p10 on it with nothing under it and the back is smooth.

I found a small round white pill with P 10 on one side and M on the back. It appears to be smooth judging from an imagine. Any chance that the 'M' could've gotten rubbed off on yours based on its overall condition? The P 10 is shown as being engraved or etched into the tablet. How would you depict the style of the imprint on yours?
At any rate, the one I found is reportedly identified as an orally disintegrating 10mg Prednisolone sodium phosphate tablet; used for treating various inflammatory conditions.
For further verification, the manufacturer is listed as Mylan.
