Small Round White Pill Number 43 On One Side Dp Other (Top voted first)

I found a baggie with several pills in it. My husband passed away with cancer. Wondering if he was hoarding pills for suicide. There are 2 other kinds of pills in the baggie also.

Hello, Nan! How are you? I'm very sorry for your loss, that so tragic.

As to this pill, it is manufactured by Barr Laboratories and they list it as being a 0.9mg Cenestin tablet, which is a synthetic estrogen.

It is most commonly used for hormone replacement therapy. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
