Small round white pill one side has nothing on it and the other has a line through the middle on the top it says MYLAN and on the bottom it says 785

This drug is the generic form of Ultram 50mg. I know because I am on it.

It's definitely a 2mg clonadine can be used for withdrawl symptoms, high blood pressure, or sleep. Not ultram!

yeah its a clonodine because my friend stole some from her dad out of his pill box thinking they were the "pies" of xanax which when we did our research on our phones with a pill id and then using google and many diff forums, yes it is a clonodine, not ultram, but it does make u feel the f*** out of it but then again I took it with 5 lortab 10s and smoking dro' so idk it just makes u feel heavy lazy and kinda sleepy n not wanna do nething, different from benzos but produces some very sedative effects thats for sure!!!!!

Just to confirm,

The pill in description is Clonidine HCL (0.2 mg). The imprint is actually MYLAN 186, but could definitely be mistaken as MYLAN 785.

It has been prescribed historically as an antihypertensive drug, but has found new uses, including treatment of some types of neuropathic pain, opioid detoxification, sleep hyperhidrosis, anaesthetic use, and off-label, to counter the side effects of stimulant medications such as methylphenidate or amphetamine. It is becoming a more accepted treatment for insomnia, as well as for relief of menopausal symptoms. Clonidine is increasingly used in conjunction with stimulants to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Clonidine can also be used in the treatment of Tourette syndrome, furthermore as a mild sedative; and can be used as premedication before surgery or procedures. It may also be used to ease withdrawal symptoms associated with the long-term use of narcotics, alcohol and nicotine (smoking). In addition, clonidine has also been used for migraine headaches and hot flashes associated with menopause.

This drug may cause lightheadedness, dry mouth, dizziness and constipation. Clonidine may also cause hypotension.
Clonidine also has peripheral alpha agonist activity which can lead to hypertension. This blood pressure increase is sometimes witnessed in cases of overdose in children. As the clonidine is eliminated by the body, the peripheral effects wear off and its basic hypotensive effect becomes evident. Both the hypertensive and hypotensive effects can be harmful.
