Small, Round, Tannish, Yellow Pill With The Letter S Imprinted In Black (Top voted first)

I found a small, round, light yellow to tannish-yellow pill with no markings except the letter S imprinted on one side of the pill in black. The other side is blank. Since there is no dosage stamped on either side, I think it could be an over the counter pill but I'm not sure.

I believe you are correct about it being an over the counter tablet. It seems to contain 8.6mgs of Senossides, a generic or store brand of the laxative Senokot.
