Hi Denise,
There's actually three different pills I found that fit this same description. The first is a 4gram oral raspberry chewable glucose tablet. The second is a 1000mcg Vitamin B12 tablet. And the third is a 10mg Diazepam tablet, made by "Investigación Farmacéutica" in Mexico.
Since there doesn't appear to be a way to differentiate between these three options, I think your best bet would probably be to have the pill analyzed by a lab. This type of service can be a little costly, but I think the assurance of knowing what you have may be worth it, especially if you have kids/teens/pets around.
