Very small white pill with 381 on the top & 5 on the bottom

Since it is a very small tablet, the b is often mistaken for a 5, but the marking is supposed to be 381 over b and this tablet contains 50mgs of Meperidine, the active ingredient in Demerol, this is a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
