Which imprint are you trying to identify? RE 79 or L79?
The tablet with the RE 79 marking on it contains 25mgs of Metoprolol, which is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry cough, stomach pain and hypotension.
However, I am unable to find a listing for one with the marking L79.
