Hi bob,
I located a round white pill marked with "E 48" to be identified as a 1mg Guanfacine HCL tablet. This medication is indicated for treating hypertension and ADHD.
For verification, the manufacturer is Epic Pharma. Perhaps you could try contacting them directly for an image of the pill?
