Hello, Dave! How are you?

I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. The nature of the marking leads me to believe that it's obscurity could be due to its being an over the counter product, of some type.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
