Hi mimi,

A small round pink pill with no marking fits the same description as a CVS brand 100mcg Vitamin B12 tablet. However since it has no markings, just going off the description alone may still be a gamble...especially because it's thought to be from another country.

So if you're able to I would probably take the pill over to a local pharmacy and see if they can verify its contents.

Does it have a score line by chance?
