Small Pill Blue Blue Pill No Markings

this is a like light blue capsule but has no markings on it someone told me they thought it looked liked a roxy 30 mgs but i don;t know what this could be

Its not a roxy 30 its some kind of diet pill

If there are no markings, it is likely going to be difficult to determine what it contains.

We can rule it out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured prescription product, since they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification.

However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

Does anyone have any ideas what these might be?

I have a pill that is one side has a line down it the other side has numbers that says 54 on the top and 199 on the bottom do you think it's an Oxycontin? that's what I think.
