This tablet is manufactured by Strides Arcolab Limited and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydralazine, so it is not a narcotic of any type.

According to the FDA, this medication is used to treat high blood pressure and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and loss of appetite.
