Small Oval Peach Colored Pill No One Side Number 4 On Otherside

It is a small oval shaped pill peach colored. the letter N 0 on one side and the number 4 on the other. No lines anywhere on it

Hello, River! How are you?

The only tablet I can find that matches this description is white and contains 4mgs of Ondansetron, which is used to prevent nausea and vomiting. I've not been able to find anything for a peach colored one.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else know what this tablet contains?
