Orange round tablet with a heart sticking up from the pill is a morphine sulfate 60mg extended release I am a paint managment doctor I prescribe these to older people who are dying with painful diseases it works wonders for their pain levels !

No, there are no Morphine tablets available in the U.S. with this type of marking on them.
But it could be an over the counter Aspirin tablet, there is a company that uses a heart logo on their Aspirin products.
Is the heart raised or indented?
