Are they on the same side or opposite sides?

There is a tablet meeting this description that has an E on one side and a 4 on the other, it contains 4mgs of Hydromorphone, the active ingredient in Dilaudid. This is a very potent narcotic analgesic.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.
