Small round orange pill maybe light brown and 41 on one side with nothing on the other side.

This tablet is manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 75mgs of Clopidogrel, which is most commonly used to help prevent blood clotting.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising.
