Small Blue Pill With A 5 On One Sides And Nn On The Other Side

My grandmother is 78 years old and I am trying to figure out what the doctor is giving her, I am worried since she has high blood pressure. Please help, it is greatly appreciated.

From what I've been able to find this is a Canadian tablet that contains 5mgs of Oxybutynin, which is most commonly used to treat urinary frequency.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, vomiting, and blurred vision.

What other medications is she taking?
